I have a small number of UK hardback copies available for signing / dedication. They are new, but cheaper here than the published price of £30 owing to minor flaws.

I will include with each order a facsimile of the flier for Nick's first ever gig with Robert Kirby. This hasn't been seen since February 1968, and has not been reproduced since.
