elvinyl is operated by Blue Keith Limited, registered in the UK as a limited company number: 11652112 and with registered office is at Units 1 & 2 Field View Units 1 And 2 Field View, Baynards Green Business Park, Bicester, Oxfordshire, England, OX27 7SG.
For the purpose of the Data Protection Legislation and this notice, we are the 'data controller'. This means we are responsible for deciding how we hold and use personal data about you. We are required under the Data Protection Legislation to notify you on the information contained in this privacy notice. Our Data Protection Point of Contact is responsible for assisting with enquiries in relation to this privacy notice or our treatment of your personal data. How we may collect your personal data
We obtain personal data about you, for example, when:
- You use the elvinyl website and marketplace, both when you register and subsequently log in
- You contact us by email, telephone, post or social media
- You complete any purchases or sale on our website

The information we hold about you may include the following:

- details of any contact we have had with you in relation to any enquiries you have had
- details of any sales or purchases you have completed with us
- all correspondence and communications with you

We may process your personal data for purposes necessary for the performance of our contract with you and to comply with our legal obligations.

In the course of using the marketplace, your personal data will be available to third parties (sellers and other users) in accordance with the functionality of the platform. We are not responsible for such sharing, nor for the purposes such third parties may use your personal data.
Will my data be transferred outside the EEA?
We do not transfer or hold personal data outside of the EEA. However, as part of fulfilment of your contract with us or any other user (for example, where a seller or buyer is based outside the EEA), your personal data may be accessible in this way to users abroad and processed in completing your purchase or enquiry.
Data Security
We have put in place commercially reasonable and appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

Your rights in connection with personal data

- request the transfer of your personal data to you or another data controller if the processing is based on consent, carried out by automated means and this is technically feasible.

You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data. However we may charge a reasonable fee if your request for access is clearly unfounded or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with the request in such circumstances. Your rights in this section are not absolute and may be subject to exemptions.
We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access the information. This is another appropriate security measure to ensure that personal information is not disclosed to any person who has no right to receive it.
We will usually respond within one calendar month, although some requests may take longer.
Right to withdraw consent
In the limited circumstances we may be relying on your consent to the collection, processing and transfer of your personal data for a specific purpose (for example, in relation to certain types of direct marketing). To withdraw your consent, please email our data protection contact.
