Cover Condition

VG+
Very Good Plus

The cover has noticeable faults, such as light creases and ringwear, but nothing major.

Disc Condition

VG
Very Good

The disc has been played many times and has obvious surface marks. There will be light surface noise, but no major problems with sound quality. The labels may have writing, sticker marks etc.

Description

Probably one of Don Van Vliet's more accessible albums, even though it got pretty much panned by the critics of the time. There are some good tracks on this & some unusual influences including a little funkiness on one track! In my opinion it's not a bad album, just the Captain doing what he always did & expanding his musical horizons.

Cover is sound with no rips, tears or sticker damage - just a little fading to the front cover & light creasing/corner wear. Spine is good with perfectly legible text.

The disc does have numerous light scuffs/swirls on both sides but plays really well with just some crackle on the run-ins & the odd bit of crackle here & there in quiet places. No skips, jumps or general nastiness at all.

Has the early Virgin "dragon" labels which are pretty cool, also has the first stamped A-2U / B-1U matrices. Priced reasonably at the D****gs median price, seems to be fairly sought after these days.

Will combine postage for multiple purchases, as a general rule I can get 3 single-sleeve albums in one mailer, obviously gatefold sleeves & double-albums will count as two items. If you have any problems with postage discounts at checkout please contact me before purchasing.
