The first run of copies come in fully laminated sleeves with polylined 'MADE IN ENGLAND' inners. Some copies have no Polydor / Ernest J. Day credits at the bottom of the back cover. The labels have a small 'deep groove' around the spindle hole, and Apple publishing credits.
